“My wife had gone in for a big order & got home to realise an item was missing (Christmas madness) , she went back to the store and was helped by a lady who checked cctv to see where the item went. It turns out it was packaged in white tissue paper and had been missed at the bottom of a large bag by my wife who was mortified.
