James was so polite and immediately diagnosed the issue with my washer spray where at my previous garage wher the MOT was Failed asked me to replace all 3 jets costing me almost 100 pound including VAT. It was like heart patient was asked to operate his kidneys. “I have used Autotechnic since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Coincidentally, we own 2 Audi’s and having a German car specialist on our doorstep was way too good an opportunity to turn down so we gave them a go. What we didn’t realise at the time was that Steve & Andy run such a top garage and we have not been anywhere else since. We use them for all servicing and all repairs for our cars, I actually rate them better than the Audi garages. They are really knowledgeable and have the diagnostic equipment required for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Mini’s. They also undercut the dealership garages so the work is always great value. Above all, they are so honest and care about their customers & community - on numerous occasions I’ve personally had them take care of an issue that turned out to be minor and they have refused to take any money. A top group of people - I highly recommend.”
