Unfortunately the issue was something that needed to be fixed at a BMW specialist but the service was great, I brought it in on the off chance they could look that day, which they did for me straightaway. New Moon were able to send a taxi straight away so I could try to catch up with the bus at the terminus. The taxi driver kindly waited while I found the bus I’d been on and waited for the driver to finish his break and give me my handbag back. The taxi driver then got me back to my destination in time for my appointment. Thanks for the very kind service.”
