“Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !! When I asked why it had taken so long they were able to explain that they had been waiting for parts and had many photos to document the work that is done. I hadn't appreciated how much work had to be done on a 'small' dent, there's more to it when you see the work done! Great job!”

“The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
