“Was recommended Curtis Autos by national tyres after buying a second hand car that started having issues (oil smell, leaking and blue smoke coming out of exhaust). The service I received was excellent - they gave my car a thorough inspection, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me advice on what to do in relation to the garage I'd bought the car from the week previously. They took the time to draw me diagrams and they took pictures of the underneath of the vehicle to help me understand what was going on. I was asking lots of questions and all were answered in loads of detail. I left feeling lots better after having an anxious few days, which says alot considering I've been sold a car that needs quite a significant repair. Luigi and his team thoroughly looked over my car, washed it, test drove it, and offered me a fair price. I trusted both him and his son Nick and they were both brilliant to deal with. In the end, they'd have been forgiven for pulling out of the purchase as they were about to go into lockdown for a month, and my car was going to sit on the forecourt doing nothing for 4 weeks. They still went ahead with the deal for which I am very grateful. Cup of tea and a biscuit on both visits, and I even left with a bottle of wine. “Having been let down by Jaguar Land Rover, Preston on a number of occasions, I've been bringing my Discovery here for the last 2 years. Martin and the lads resolved and fixed all the technical issues I had, some of which should have been done by Preston under warranty. While JLR Preston might look the part, they let me down more than once and I just want my car's faults fixed. There's not much these guys at Atherton don't know about Land Rovers, so after a number of always successful visits, I trust them to do the job properly.
