“I have just had a rack fitted by alan and his team, all i can say is that they are highly efficient and very professional from the initial phone call to completion which was literally two weeks Alan was very quick to respond and kept me posted with updates as needed. As for the rack itself it is of high quality far exceeding a Rhino rack which I've used in the past. Quality craftsmanship with a personal touch. I have a brand new VW Crafter LWB and the rack looks great with it. I opted for the aerofoil to reduce wind noise and it really works cannot hear a thing. The removable ladder is also a great option if your not wanting to bolt a ladder to your rear door. Thanks again guys, all the best.”

“Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident. Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there. The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday. The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !! “Recommended by the RAC when they couldn’t fix the clutch. RS Autos were the only garage willing to attempt the repair of our car in time for collection the following Saturday (we were en route from Anglesey to the Yorkshire Dales). The service we received was first class. A clutch replacement was required and although they were busy they went out of their way to complete the job in time for collection on the Saturday morning. Although the garage was normally closed the owner travelled a considerable distance to meet us and give us the keys. They did a very good job replacing the clutch on the car.
