“Great tasting Indian food 5 stars! I called in on Tuesday evening for the first time and wasn't disappointed, the service 5 stars! The staff were helpful, polite & friendly & the cleanliness of the establishment 5 stars! I had a really tasty Prawn main meal with subtle spices/coconut flavours which was delicious......5 Stars! I will definitely be eating here again & I guarantee you won't be disappointed with this new takeaway in Timperley, well worth giving it a try. 5 stars!!”

“Popped in to use the bar as we were waiting for teens to finish a birthday meal across the road. There was nowhere open to grab a coffee at 6.30pm on a snowy December eve. Although we were not dining in we were welcomed as any guest and the service was excellent even if it was for only 2 coffees and a beer. We are looking forward to coming back for a meal soon. “I have been a regular customer for almost 6 years and I have always been very happy with the food and the service, regardless of how I ordered (via an app or in the restaurant). When we fancy Indian food, this is our go-to place. No other Indian restaurant even comes close. The food is always fresh, piping hot, perfectly balanced, and the service is always so pleasant. Even my little one, who is one very picky eater, adores the food from Saffron Balti. We order more or less the same every time; onion bhaji, peshawari naan, egg rice, and chicken tikka makhani or chicken tikka masala. Highly recommended!”

“A superb restaurant. We visited twice in a space of a month after getting a take away from them while at friends of ours. On the first visit, there was a very noisy table of 10 people and the waiter offered to move us downstairs, which was perfect. The food was good from the takeout but in the restaurant it was fabulous. Last night was our second visit and thankfully, although the restaurant was full, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Service was excellent and if I could ask for anything to be changed at all, is to ask for our food to come soon after the popodums and dips. It seems the popularity of the restaurant making it particularly busy on Saturday night on the takeout side, so while orders go out to be collected we had to wait for our food a little more than we'd want to. Again, this would never stop us from going again as it is simply one of the best Indian meals we had for a long time!”

“What a lovely restaurant. I went with the In Laws so we had a table of 4. Service was exceptional and they couldn’t do enough for you. Drinks came quick and they were always asking if we are ok. The interior was lovely and a chilled vibe to the place. Having never had Sri Lankan food I didn’t know what to expect. It’s kinda like Indian but more spicier so be prepared. We really enjoyed it. Will go again very soon and will look to see if they do take out because I would prefer it to an Indian on a Saturday night at home. This restaurant was a very welcome surprise you won’t be disappointed.”

“Went for a family meal prior to nephew and his wife returning back to Canada. There were nine of us who orderd a variety of different meals. Everybody agreed food was excellent and because you can take your own drinks the overall price was very reasonable. I don't normally do reviews but on this occasion it's very appropriate.”
