Instituto Cervantes
● Closed“I've been learning Spanish here for a couple of years now, it's been hard work but very rewarding. Only speaking in Spanish in classes right from the start is a bit scary but it's by far the best way to learn. Teachers have all been friendly, patient and are very well trained. I'd recommend to anyone who wanted to learn a language.”

Quays Theatre
● OpenSalford M50 3AZ, United Kingdom“Lovely little theatre within the Lowry. The theatre is smaller than the Lyric Theatre and has its own bar and toilets. I've sat in a variety of different seats and all had good views and were comfortable.”

School of Electronic Music
● Closed“I joined SEM on a whim towards the end of 2019 studying music production & composition with zero knowledge nor experience. I started 2021 feeling equipped and skilled enough to write and produce my first album :) This is a really special school that has been a game-changer for me. The facilities are quality and the staff are a bunch of passionate and talented souls who go that extra mile when it comes to nurturing/developing their students. I wasted no time in jumping on the business module course when i had the chance which has been massively helpful in preparing my campaign. It's always a treat to study around like-minded musicians, so it's very easy to fit in and make a home out of the place. I couldn't recommend it enough and i'll be back when i have some spare cash! Hotel Indigo Manchester - Victoria Station, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”

Ordsall Hall
● Closed“Waay too underrated! The whole story gave me goosebumps throughout the castle! U cannot go there and tell me it wasn’t worth it! There was amazing staff that u could literally talk to for hours! A lovely lady told us the whole story of that mansion. Even the scary but heartbreaking ghost story (lady in white). Anyways, just the little artifacts and the architecture is worth seeing! So if you’re thinking of visiting, you should definitely go there! There’s even a huge garden surrounding the place!”

AO Arena
● Open“Saw Roxy Music here, very good staffing and signage to find our seats and the other facilities for food and merchandise. We parked at the Printworks which is a few minutes walk away, but is quicker to get out of than the Arena car park when there is a big concert. The seats are okay but the legroom is not massive if you are a bit taller, so maybe consider getting a seat at the front of the block if so. I booked my tickets on Ticketmaster which was very good, I could check out where the seats were and even what the view would be like. I went for seats in block 210 row B, so up towards the back, and I was glad the screens were very good, because I couldn't really see what was going on on the stage very clearly, but then, I don't have brilliant eyesight so it might be me. The sound was very good, properly loud and dynamic, but not so much that my ears were left ringing like some gigs I've been to in small clubs. Overall, a modern venue, professionally run, and well designed.”
