“Been with zero gravity since it's been open just over a year ago. I had never done anything like it before but it was the best decision I have ever made. The pole instructors are absolutely lovely and push you to your limits in a supportive way. I'm in a mixed ability class and despite us all being at different levels we always get a move to suit our ability. Joining made me more confident in my own strength and body as there is such a wide mix of ages and sizes. Would highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to take up pole fitness or just wants to try something new and different.”

“For over 20 years I’ve been to Julia when I’ve needed physio for previous neck and back problems. I’ve recently had physio with Julia for lower back and shoulder problems. I’ve always found Julia to be very professional and knowledgeable. With the exercises Julia has advised I do and the machine she has in the clinic this has improved my lower back and shoulder problems greatly.”

Ace of Fades did a fantastic job on my son's hair, I always have a bit of a panic when I take him to the barber because of his wild curly hair, but she really did a fantastic job.
