“We have just finished an amazing week’s honeymoon staying in Overlea Farm Cowshed. The cottage was incredible all round. I was particularly impressed with the decor and furnishing. Fantastic quality and great design. We loved the hot tub both on a morning looking out over the fields or on an evening looking at the stars. The fire was fantastic to keep toasty in the evening, though you get full control of the central heating anyway. The owners made us feel very welcome with a wonderful little welcome hamper. When we arrived there was gentle music playing on the Sonos system and a lovely scent from the diffusers. The location is fantastic for anyone with a car as it is super easy to access walks, restaurants and all the top sights in the Peaks within about 30 mins drive. We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would love to visit again.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester”

“I would not have believed that two estate agents could be so different. We initially signed a contract with a local competitor. Very little happened in spite of our hearing that there was massive demand for properties in the area. When the contract expired, we signed with Jordan F. Chalk and cheese! That same day, they managed all the paperwork and publicity. Their attitude was totally more dynamic, positive and constructive than our previous experience. The house sold very quickly. Communications were great. We knew exactly what was happening at any time. Would recommend JF every time. They know and understand the market. They'll give you good trustworthy and reliable advice.”

“We loved native. It's architecturally really interesting - really great use of this space. The room was beautiful and a lovely place to come back to. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A couple of things that would have made it even better would have been some drawers to put clothes in and a full length mirror. All in all though we had a really great time and will definitely be back.”

“Such a beautiful, historic (and modern) hotel! The hotel is Located within the Corn Exchange, giving immediate access to so many cool restaurants. I was upgraded to the incredible Guinea Suite! My suite was sooo quiet, no sound intrusion from other guests or street noise. I was only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again. When in Manchester, book here!!!”

“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lauren and her supervisor today, I went to the store after trying to resolve flight changes with the call centre, which was terrible! I was upset and frustrated from the call centre agent and when I arrived in store I explained what had happened and it was resolved, with a smile and a glass of fizz. It was not an easy fix for them and they went above and beyond! Thank you so much, we can now look forward to our much awaited holiday!”

“We stayed at hilltop for a mid week-weekend at the end of July. The staff are responsive with enquiries and the flat was very clean, spacious and convenient. There was underground parking which added a lot of security. There is also a co-op less than a minute away which was great. Will definitely be my go to place whenever I am staying in Manchester.”

“I went to Oxygen Manchester for a viewing. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. I liked the fact that they try their best to give you the best experience while you are staying there.”

Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! “Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”
