“We took my sister and her cat here recently and we were all very impressed. The reception staff were very helpful and the vet was thorough, efficient and friendly. She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped. “Our Doggy has been for the most beautiful pamper this morning. It was his first ever time going to a dog groomers and he was really anxious when we arrived. Eve and her husband where just so gentle and patient with him and he's a big dog too! When we left we could just feel he was in good hands. He has had so much done and Eve sent us pictures and videos too! we loved watching him have such a brilliant time. He looks fabulous! We will be back again for sure next month. “As Peter Fenton is an Equine (horse) Vet you cannot take your animals there as you would to a small vetinary practice. You call the vet & they visit you! The Receptionists are all really caring & helpful. You can ring with a query & the Receptionist will ask a vet who is usually out visiting other horses. However you ALWAYS get an answer & your horse may need to see a vet as they can't really diagnose over the Phone. If you have an emergency they are usually there within the hour. I have been with Practice for 11 years & would not go anywhere else!”

“Hands down, the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. My dog Evie needed surgery on her elbow, I received the first call on the Monday, she had the surgery by the following after. Everything was explained fully, clearly and politely. Adam was the surgeon, I recommend him unequivocally, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a big animal lover, which always helps. Follow up was great, procedure was successful and her recovery has been brilliant. She had been in pain for some time, I can’t express how grateful am to NWR for giving my baby her life back, and me my best friend back for long walks. If you ever need your fur babies taking care of, I would not hesitate to recommend taking them here. The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional too. I hope that helps”
