● Closed“Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

● Closed“Superb service, we were delayed due to an emergency with another doggo but despite this and several distractions (that made our eyes roll) Lauren remained so professional throughout, we were almost in tears with the previous owners and their doggo but everyone at White Cross stayed calm, professional and reassuring. Our pup can get very anxious at the vets but he left wagging his tail and saying hi to all the other pups. Definitely highly recommend!!”
