“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

“Went for the first time yesterday, myself and two teenagers. Wasn't really expecting too much but WOW!! Absolutely loved the place, much bigger than expected, lovely big layout for the animals. All look really well looked after,the goats especially fantastic!. Brilliant value for money ,plenty of places to picnic,clean toilets and lots of handwash stations. Can't recommend enough,don't hesitate just go and enjoy !!”

“First of all, a big thanks to Nanette for such a brilliant day! My partner booked the birds of prey experience for both of us as a Valentines Day gift and it was full of knowledge and fun! It was easy to see how much passion Nanette has for wildlife which we admired and we even put to bed any bad opinions on vultures as Nanette wanted to showcase how these birds are actually quite funny and interesting regarding how they have their place in disease prevention in third world countries. There are so many birds here and all are beautiful and have their own character. Thanks again for such a great knowledgeable day and we’ll definitely be back soon for the Meerkat experience! “Just moved to the area and this vets was recommended to us. So glad we went here, our car was overdue for boosters and they saw him very quickly. They are still running COVID procedures but it works very well. They pick up your pet at the car and bring them back when finished. Quick and professional. I would highly recommend!”

“Hands down, the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. My dog Evie needed surgery on her elbow, I received the first call on the Monday, she had the surgery by the following after. Everything was explained fully, clearly and politely. Adam was the surgeon, I recommend him unequivocally, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a big animal lover, which always helps. Follow up was great, procedure was successful and her recovery has been brilliant. She had been in pain for some time, I can’t express how grateful am to NWR for giving my baby her life back, and me my best friend back for long walks. If you ever need your fur babies taking care of, I would not hesitate to recommend taking them here. The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional too. I hope that helps”
