“A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. “Hands down, the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. My dog Evie needed surgery on her elbow, I received the first call on the Monday, she had the surgery by the following after. Everything was explained fully, clearly and politely. Adam was the surgeon, I recommend him unequivocally, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a big animal lover, which always helps. Follow up was great, procedure was successful and her recovery has been brilliant. She had been in pain for some time, I can’t express how grateful am to NWR for giving my baby her life back, and me my best friend back for long walks. If you ever need your fur babies taking care of, I would not hesitate to recommend taking them here. The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional too. I hope that helps”

She received excellent care. Her blood test results came back within the hour as they are tested in house and the lovely vet stayed on beyond her shift end to update me with results and treatment.
