I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. It was so secure and simply the best packaging I have seen. Thanks to Dave and his colleagues for the best service Patrick Roberts”

“Great reasonably priced hotel, you always know what to expect with a Premier Inn and I think this stay was a little better. We only stayed for a night but felt taken care of, and made use of the features of the Premier Plus room, including the mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. After we arrived I went back down to ask if we could get any soya milk to make tea/coffee with, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, and got us some from the kitchen to take up and use, and they definitely weren’t stingy about it, we got a litre! Mini fridge came in handy there. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the staff were just great. Also if you park in the MediaCityUK multi-storey car park adjacent to the premier inn, make sure you get your parking validated at reception to bring the price down to £11 for 24hrs”

The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. “Ali was fantastic and made the booking process very easy & smooth (despite us needing 3 separate pick ups over grand national wkend!). Our driver was great, was always on time and available by phone... and he even offered for us to leave or luggage in the bus between two of our activities - I would definitely recommend!”

“Saw Roxy Music here, very good staffing and signage to find our seats and the other facilities for food and merchandise. We parked at the Printworks which is a few minutes walk away, but is quicker to get out of than the Arena car park when there is a big concert. The seats are okay but the legroom is not massive if you are a bit taller, so maybe consider getting a seat at the front of the block if so. I booked my tickets on Ticketmaster which was very good, I could check out where the seats were and even what the view would be like. I went for seats in block 210 row B, so up towards the back, and I was glad the screens were very good, because I couldn't really see what was going on on the stage very clearly, but then, I don't have brilliant eyesight so it might be me. The sound was very good, properly loud and dynamic, but not so much that my ears were left ringing like some gigs I've been to in small clubs. Overall, a modern venue, professionally run, and well designed.”

“A great hostel, with bar and breakfast. We arrived around mid-night and the bar was open for beers and food, which was awesome. The bedrooms were super clean and warm. The bathroom didn’t have pressure on the watwr and was small, but it was inside the room so we didn’t have to go to the one at the end of the corridor.”

Very clean, breakfast was great and Big thank you to the Assistant Manager Abbie George for her professional, friendly and approachable customer service - especially considering we experienced a false fire alarm during the early hours which was dealt with and over very quickly. “Quality pizza! Fresh ingredients we ordered a veggie and a meat pizza both were cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and you could really taste the light crust and sauce. Delivery was on time although it took an hour… guess they were busy. Will definitely order again as there aren’t many decent pizza places near us thanks guys I will be back for more pizza in the near future! Xx”
