I was present when James entered the shop, helped himself to coffee without asking or being offered (I appreciate we’ve all been raised differently!) .. jumped the queue .. before announcing ‘the last barber messed my haircut up and I would like mine washing now’ .. I was in the seat near the window and I looked at the owner with an expression of ‘what the ***‘ absolutely amazed at his rudeness. Still.. they all treated him with respect. “I live in North Manchester and been to both of Paul's shops to have jewelery made, he is the only person I would go to, myself, my daughter and son have all had rings made for their weddings, engagement and wedding. His work is brill and bespoke, nothing is a problem. Today I called to have my and my sons wedding rings made smaller as usual done and collected same day after a bit of lunch, also Paul cleaned my other rings.
