He is a very nervous patient, and was made to feel at ease all the way through his treatment. “I’ve changed dentists at least 5 times over the last 10 years due to moving areas and I went for my first check up with Nicholas Potter who honestly has been the best dentist I’ve seen. He’s pointed out some minor issues with my teeth which aren’t urgent but he took the time to explain the potential issues in the future, which make perfect sense. I can’t believe no one pointed them out to before as they are blantantly obvious (receding gum on one of my canines which is not far from the root!) and the back my incisors (front teeth) are concave so he recommended filling them in to prevent build up. I’ve always been wary of dentists recommending work thinking they are in it for the money but he put no pressure on at all, and because he took the time to explain clearly I’m not concerned for the time being but will definitely be coming back to have the work done at some point.”

“I have been going to True Dentistry for a number of years after having another private dentist who did some work that was poor. I am extremely phobic of any medical intervention but especially needles. I have recently had some treatment which required local anasethic. I have never had such a positive experience and although I had got myself extremely work up over a number of days before my appointment, I did not experience any pain or discomfort. I would recommend this practice for the professional and individual care provided by not just the dentist but the staff team.Thank you”

“I can't give this place enough stars , all the staff were so kind and very thorough with my son's dog " Bruce" when he became terminally ill they really went the extra mile to do everything they could to keep him comfortable and although it wasn't the ending we wanted for Bruce he couldn't have been cared for better both here and at their hospital who's staff were also excellent, thank you for caring for both Bruce and my son and his partner at a very very sad time”
