They really do go above and beyond to welcome all parents and most importantly, the children that they look after. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped to ensure they promote a happy environment and a safe and secure place for the children to play and learn. “First of all, a big thanks to Nanette for such a brilliant day! My partner booked the birds of prey experience for both of us as a Valentines Day gift and it was full of knowledge and fun! It was easy to see how much passion Nanette has for wildlife which we admired and we even put to bed any bad opinions on vultures as Nanette wanted to showcase how these birds are actually quite funny and interesting regarding how they have their place in disease prevention in third world countries. “Sandy Lane nursery is the most amazing nursery. The staff are so lovely with a genuine interest in your child, the outside is very very spacious with lots and lots for the children to do. The visits to the forest is my sons favourite. They always keep you up to date with any activities etc that is going on and always keep you informed of what your child has been doing throughout the day, regularly sending you pictures. “I have been learning to improve my front crawl with Emmie. She is a great teacher, very friendly, she listened to what I want to achieve and helped me a lot! She corrected where I was doing wrong which I never realised! We worked on my strokes, arms kicks body positions and tumble turns and a lot of other stuff. I definitely improved a lot.I am so glad I took these lessons it’s definitely worth it!”

“Wonderful place for kids, we went for a birthday party which little one loved. I have been to a few of these over the years and this is probably the cleanest I have seen. There is lots of seating for parents and you can also order food if you wish. There was a separate section upstairs for party groups to eat etc. This has a rather lovely view being in Marple Stockport which is quite leafy. Worth a visit to let the children run amok for a few hours.”

“A-mazing!!! I would HIGHLY recommend the crystal maze experience! 4 of us went and joined another group of 3. From start to finish it was brilliant! Our host (Pam) was superb and kept in character all the way around making us laugh and guiding us around! It was just like the TV show running from zone to zone whilst the music played. All the games are fun even if you're not taking part you can watch and help! The team got to do 15 games which was enough and I think it was great value for money! Will definitely be returning to do the other games we missed!”

“9 weeks ago, I first went to meet Lindsey to have an assessment on my back and try my first Pilates session. As I bloke, I always thought that Pilates was not really a “man thing” to do but having exhausted everything else to ease my sciatica I thought “why not give it a try?” I joined the mat class with Jenny, as well as having 1-2-1s with Lindsey, and the first week I struggled to properly engage my core and glutes and I had no idea where was pelvic floor was, let alone how to activate it. I was constantly having to put my hand down to stop myself from falling over. Week 4, I noticed the tingling sensation I had had in my left foot for 18 months had stopped! My back felt a bit better supported and I realised how much I was enjoying the sessions. My steadying hand was required less and less. Now, after 9 weeks of work, I can honestly say Pilates is the best thing I’ve done in years. I’ve lost some weight, my stomach is tighter, my legs stronger and I’ve stopped worrying so much about my back “going again”. Lindsey, Jenny and the team are so patient, take time to make sure you are in the right position to be safe and get the most out of each session. The pace is great for beginners or the more experienced. Pilates has made me feel better, in body and mind, than I ever thought possible. I cannot thank Lindsey and Jenny enough for their patience, skill, advice and for showing me that I could do it.”
