A special event coming to Vienna Union Hall this May is the Pihcintu Chorus, a group of young women from war-torn countries around the world. The name "Pihcintu" means "When she sings, her voice carries far" in the indigenous language of the Passamaquoddy people. The chorus aims to spread awareness of the plight of refugees, especially to young people from elementary through college age. All ages are welcome to attend the event, and a meet and greet will be offered after the show.
