“We didn't buy anything but Lyudmila and her assistant are such lovely people. We went there today to discover my husband's roots - it's the address where grandfathers lived. Not only did Lyudmila do some research herself, phoning an elderly next door neighbour who might have known the family, but she then took us on a tour of the neighborhood churches and the salt foundry. Above and beyond what we were expecting. We have been touched by her kindness. Thankyou”
