"Last week, a friend and I were on our last leg of a bike trip from Nashville to New Orleans, when, 40 miles into 120 mile day, my right pedal blew up. The store owner sent a nice young man named Ian to deliver a new set of pedals to us (we were lucky to be 10 miles away!). This saved our trip - frankly, I don't know what we would have done otherwise... Thank you - it's great to know that places like this still exist."

I went back a few days later to have something adjusted and they took care of me right away. They were very thorough in fixing the issue and letting me check to make sure I was happy with everything. Their customer service is great. Highly recommend this location. Thanks again!"
"Excellent customer service. They always help me find what I need and are a cool group of people. I was missing a screw for my gear changer and the guy who helped me spent a good 10 minutes looking for some random screws that may work, didn’t even charge me for the screw. Sure enough, the screw fits and I’m back on the trails. Couldn’t recommend this place enough."
