"Paid with a card and the pump only gave an option for shell V power despite pushing the button for shell regular. So I put the handle back on the pump and went inside. Would not give me a credit. Would not restart the pump for my $20 despite the fact you saw I did not pump any gas. Instead of an apology or even to put a sign up like I asked...I got no service except a phone number no one answers. Will not come here again. Going to Exxon!!"
