I went in to ask a question about my membership, but was greeted with eye rolls, rude responses, and none of my questions adequately answered by the customer service rep OR the manager. I was contemplating canceling my membership, hence the reasons for my membership questions, but now I for sure am going to cancel."
"I went to go shopping at Sam’s. Before entering, I was to buy some candy for some local football team in the parking lot. Upon entering, AT&T tried to sell stuff to me. Not far after that, some people at another stand asked if I was a homeowner to try and sell more stuff to me. Some lady was walking around trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. And finally, Salvation Army was at the exit ready for free money. I just wanted to buy groceries and clothes! There is no reason I should be solicited for money 5 times in one stop!"
"The snack bar is useless. Twice in a week we attempted to visit. Want a milkshake? Forget it. Even a basic vanilla I was told it would be a lengthy wait. A hot dog? But wait, no mustard or condiments. Its ridiculous. Stop and get your lunch and shake at Mickey D's first. The snack shop here is a joke."
