"I went in to have tires mounted and balanced, a quick task, but the 3 employees stood behind the front counter for the better part of an hour chit chatting with no other customers in the store that would require attention. When they did finally decide to mount the tires the process took 5 minutes. When I got the front wheel back, eleven 1/4 oz weights were lined along the wheel. I will absolutely be investing in weights and a balancing stand after seeing the piss poor effort put in by these employees."
