"While my friends and I were in the store a guy with an orange top let us know that they were about to close in 10 minutes. He then proceeded to follow us around the store then exactly two minutes late he stated that his manager said we had to make final purchases now. My friend had a stroller and a young lady said if we wanted to go upstairs they could let us out upstairs. The gentleman that was harassing us let us out the door and told us we can leave as long as we don’t have any merchandise with us. My friends and I felt harassed and racially profiled. This was my first time at the store location last night and I will never go to the store again."

"Wonderful store and staff except for one employee today. My friend came into the fitting room to help me button my corset that I couldn’t reach. A few minutes later, an employee yells at us through the door repeatedly saying two people were not allowed in a fitting room (there was no sign saying this so we had no idea). She kept yelling—actually yelling—demanding we get out now, despite me not fully being dressed because it’s a fitting room. When I got out, she was fuming and standing in front of the door. I apologized as nicely as I could and asked where I should put the clothes that didn’t fit. She aggressively put her arm out for me to hand the clothes to her, and death stared me. She continued scolding me and my friend in a shrill tone, despite me being as kind as possible. Really trying to rack my brain as to what warranted her reaction but there was nothing. Just me and my friend not knowing two couldn’t be allowed in one fitting room. I hope she was just having a bad day but that sort of behavior really isn’t ever okay. Don’t know her name but she was tall with green hair. The rest of the employees were angels!!! This sweet person (i don’t know their pronouns) helped me with some returns as they were training at the register. They made such nice conversation with me. And then one of the managers, rylee, checked out my purchase. She’s an angel too! Loved the two cashiers. As a retail worker, I advise that the store checks in on the fitting room lady. She must be going through a tough time. Thank you! Have a wonderful day!"
