"Rude and incompetent employee received my phone call. Absolutely no clue whatsoever as to how to handle a simple question or a potential client. If they are this bad on the phone, God forbid you leave something as important and sensitive as your legal immigration matters in their hands. Pro Tip: If you want potential clients to have any confidence in your abilities as an attorney at all - start by at least hiring a capable employee to answer the phones. Good day. -edit to your reply - Gee business must be really bad if you have the time to stalk your reviewers profiles. You display incompetence yet again by referring to a grand total of 8 negative reviews over the years as a “pattern” of behavior. As a matter of fact I don’t often review any businesses, but when a business or their hired representative (see also: a business) leaves such an abhorrent impression upon me, I feel it’s my obligation to take to a public forum and disclose my experience so that others may benefit from the knowledge of a particular businesses’ practice (or lack thereof in this case) and make an informed decision. Anyone with a high school education should be able to understand that legal advice can not be given out via telephone and you are portraying quite well the role of the disingenuous sophist by attempting to make it appear as though I was soliciting legal advice via a telephone call. The last time I checked, asking if the lawyer was in the office and available for an expedient appointment wasn’t soliciting legal advice. So if your strongest rebuttal to a poor google review is this strawman nonsense, I may only pray for a good outcome for those who choose your legal representation. I too regret that your employee acted with such a degree of rudeness that it so compelled me to hearken to google reviews and share my experience as I so rarely do. Next time maybe tell them “I don’t know, hold.” Is not at all a professional response to ANY inquiry. Good day."
