"These guys are great! Third coast was recommended by TONS of people so we headed over and were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and let my daughter try on Everything she wanted until we found the perfect cleats. She loved practicing her footwork on the grassy indoor area! It was Thomas’s first day on the job and they were training him how to use the register. We got to help with that and it was a great time. Found some REALLY nice expensive cleats On Sale for only $23!!!! Skip the trip to Academy and just head straight here first. You won’t be disappointed:)"

"Horrible customer service. Personally spoke to the owner 2 times and he argued with me even though my order sat for 10 days and then he promised he would get my uniforms to me in time for my tournament. He said it was a miscommunication between me and his manager. After he dismissed my concerns by saying "I am not worried about it" when it came to being here on time.....I thought he would do what he said and get it here by Friday. Much to my surprise I get an email saying it wont be here until Saturday. We have to leave Friday for tournament. I call back and the owner basically tells me too bad and that he "thought" I used a different type of shipping. He didn't care it going to be devastating to my daughter or that i have emailed 2 times and haven't been responded too. Apparently he cares nothing about his customers and knows nothing about customer service. I rarely write reviews but it has been a long time since I have seen this type of disregard from an owner of a company. Beware of this company's owner.....use someone else who cares about your business. I wish my local soccer league used someone else and if asked will tell about the incident."

"I went to Third Coast Soccer this week to pick up a uniform for my son for STYSA Soccer in Hammond. They had the uniforms ready in a selection of sizes. They did not have one of the jerseys ready in his size, but we're ablento do it right then while we waited. I also bought his cleats here. They had a good selection and I was shocked at the great prices. I expected to pay way more for Adidas cleats. There were two guys working there, and both were very knowledgeable about their selection and soccer gear in general. I would recommend this place for anything you need for soccer. My only gripe, and it is a small one, it that it wasn't easy for me to find. It is next to Stage, but the sign is small and tucked in a corner, not able to be seen from the road."
