"Came in to get fitted for orthopedic shoes but ended up getting mansplained by an older woman about mayonnaise. I left and didn’t make a purchase because of blatant disrespect."

"I have bought five pairs of shoes at the store. I love the variety. The prices are comparable and I like that you can try everything on before buying. Normally, the staff are great and very helpful, but my last experience left me not wanting to go back. The sales woman had a condescending attitude the whole time, and even asked me if I was actually gonna purchase something or am I just looking? Why does that matter if I’m trying on shoes? I told her I might purchase something if I find something I like! The whole time she was speaking to another woman who I thought was her just a friend hanging out, but she was actually salesperson, it was a little distracting too. The only time she changed her attitude a little was when she found out I was buying shoes for myself and my daughter. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes spending over $350, I don’t think I’ll be going back purely based on the experience I had with this sales woman."
