"Heavannah in the office is so sweet and helpful. Darick is also kind. (Heavannah has just been here longer and is usually there when I go in.) Maintenance can be a little slow at getting repairs done,but overall a great place to live. DJ is my fave maintenance person by the way! Love having access to the pool,gym, and pondside view. Currently moving due to personal reasons but I've been thoroughly impressed with the staff and community here."

"Staff is receptive to the tenants needs and addresses their concerns in a timely manner. They are friendly, professional and I can tell that they care about making this complex a nice, safe and quiet place for me and my neighbors to live in. Everyday, they are bustling about making improvements or repairs where they can or are needed. Like any large apartment complex, it has some minor issues. However, the difference is that they do care about remedying these and try their best to put the tenants needs as top priority. Thank you all for making my experience here so nice."

"Such an amazing place to live ,from the front office to the maintenance people they are amazing they get things done right away ! They make sure you’re as comfortable as you could be ! The front office people are so welcoming an a supportive each one of them show that they care about you ."

"Do you love not having working toilets for more than 4 days ? then you should rent here. this is the worst apartment complex or even place i have ever lived in. they claim these are “luxury apartments” but have multiple holes and dents in the walls , the maintenance people are a literal joke, id bet there’s no insulation in the walls because of how loud everything is around you. they barely answer the phone and if you have a maintenance issue even if it’s an emergency you are expected to just leave a message and hope someone shows up. don’t even get me started on the uneven speed bumps that are every ten feet.or maybe the kids who ding dong ditch all day long. i wouldn’t wish living here on anyone."

"Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! Me and my husband lived here for one year and had a very bad experience. Management is incompetent. Hawthorne as an owner is a thief. The property is dirty, garbage everywhere. The ducks try and eat the trash and then choke and throw up everywhere. This place is a dump. It has been 6 months since we moved out and we have yet to receive our deposit refund. It took 4 months of going back and forth about the deposit because they said there was a balance on our account and there was not. After realizing they were in the wrong they said they would mail a check and they never did. DO NOT RENT HERE."
