"The pediatric unit is newly done. The staff who greeted us were very patient and kind. Separate waiting area right at door of pedi ER,quick response. We had to go 3 times with in 5 days,very understanding to our concerns and helpful and informative to our childs needs. Some very good drs and nurses. Parents go to ers with their children usually tired and over whelmed. These guys were very patient with us. Great job! Thankful Westbank has ER for children."
