"I called this office to get an insurance quote and spoke to Ms. Petetant. She was very knowledgeable. Second, but equally important, she was very professional and respectful of my time. I appreciated her efficiency and the fact that in spite of being fast, she was easy to understand AND constantly paused to ask if I had any questions. She stayed on the phone with me and had me check my email for all documents while she waited. She also offered to walk me through the electronic signatures process.
