Call back at 4 pm since they never called me. At 4 different secretary answers checks on my vehicle. Proceeds to inform me my truck will not be ready today. Say mechanics got busy. I was never updated are informed about the push back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Would not refer ."

"Thibodaux Tire makes purchasing tires very easy. I went to their website, chose the tires I wanted and asked for a quote. In a matter of minutes I received an out the door price. All that was left was to schedule the service and that was it. Their customer service is excellent with a friendly front office. $688 is not a bad price for four of these excellent tires!"
