"Quick and accurate of a chronic “dead” electrical system. After four events over a period of four months where we would arrive at our local Academy store, upon returning the auto electronics/electrical system was not responsive, even with a battery check showing a full charge. Without a device to check further and simple tools I had to call a wrecker. I selected Pro Tire because they reliable open and easy access for Wrecker to deliver the Tahoe. I assume there was a ground problem, but I couldn’t fix it where I was at, in addition, I felt that there could be a computer problem or some other problems that I will not be able to assess. Having it checked out, professionally was the best choice.
