"Every time I've needed a quick diagnosis, to Fast Pace I go. The care facility enables me to use my Access/Blue Cross Blueshield insurance and there's no need for "out of pocket" expense at the time of appointments.The checkin process is super efficient, receptionists are personable/nice, the entire staff makes you feel comfortable and demonstrates a caring attitude and atmosphere from start to finish. "Went in after a previous disappointing experience a couple of years ago to give it another chance, and was completely disappointed for the second time. This time they wanted to charge me 100 dollars even though they were in my network, as well as, my deductible being completely met; although apparently this is their company policy. Secondly, I was checked in and, as people who checked in online came in, I would get pushed back. Don’t call yourself a walk in clinic if you don’t cater to walk in business the same way."
"The guy does not explain himself very good. At all. Was told I could get a pill and a mouthwash. I said okay so he was suppose to call in my prescription, and he gave me a paper for the mouthwash. Went to my pharmacy and nothing was there. Called fast pace and they told me I could only have one (either the pill or the mouthwash) . Was never informed this at all"
"I have been a few times for both myself and my toddlers. Everytime they are thorough and very nice. They won't run unnecessary testing if they don't have to and every doctor I have seen has covered their grounds on treatments to help us. Super understanding and they listen. Highly recommend!"
