"I am not happy with the staff at this clinic. A staff member stood in that office and refused to complete the proper paper work for a 4 year old child with 2 broken bones that was see in this clinic today. In the time that she stood there arguing arms crossed, with the mom who is tired and scared and stressed out due to being awake all night with a child in pain. The paper work could have been complete so the patient that was seen in this clinic could have gotten the proper care. Now a 4 year old child has to spend another day without proper care. Please choose your staff wisely. Make sure that everyone on staff loves Jesus, so the will have compassion and empathy for parents in stressful situations."

"Well I have been going there a couple of years & at first I was Dr. Douglas patient, then all of a sudden she transferred her office to Lafayette ,& I don't have reliable transportation to go back and forth to Lafayette. So I went ahead and decided to start seeing the Nurse Pactioner as my PCP. Ms Deena has the same kind of bedside manor as Dr Douget does. Its great she is down to earth and wi do everything she can to get my Medical Card to pay for procedures and other test that Medicaid had already denied. So don't disk get discouraged they have Good people In the office since Dr Douget has left."
