"Let me start by saying the Doctors here are awesome, polite, professional, J have been coming here sense they were on 42… basically 30 Years! However, the labcorp self check in is terrible. I walk in, nobody is in line, I walk up to the counter and the two ladies, both on there cell phone point at the self check in Kiosk. I tell them politely I would rather not use it, and they insist I use it. All this time they are both on there cell phones .. social media or whatever. I check in, then they call me to the front and ask me my name address etc.. etc.. all over again. at this point I get frustrated and tell them that’s why I didn’t want to use the self check in. To conclude, the doctors are awesome the labcorp is sub optimal!"

"I am severely ill and made an appointment for today at Dr Galofaro’s office. (He’s a great doctor I have recommended him to over a dozen people but his front desk staff has always been a joke- they are rude, untrained, & lazy…. To get them to communicate anything to a physician has always been like pulling teeth. Not once ….. always.) But I continued to see the dr because he was very good. I drive in from out of town today and Cindy the lady at the front desk says there is no doctor there to see me apparently Allie Norris the nurse practitioner called in sick. The telephone number Cindy said was in the computer for me was an old number. I had corrected this at the time I made the appointment. But as usual the front desk is too lazy to enter the correct days. After we determined that I had no missed calls from her that my appointment was cancelled (on a Friday with no way for me to see anyone now for days as I am in severe pain)…. Cindy me never asked for my new number to update her system . She could care less that all of my contact information was wrong and that this doctor nor his nurse practitioner could contact me. I stopped coming here years ago and thought I would try again and I just want Dr Brian Galofaro to know the reason he loses patients is because his front desk staff is horrible. I do not recommend this clinic as if you have any emergency situation. It is impossible to get through to them and it is unfortunate as the doctors here or educated."

"Dr. Sevy very good. But Patient beware!! OLOL Physician Group now charges $490.00 Emergency Room visit on EVERY Doctor visit you go to at the OLOL Physician group. This is on TOP OF THE OFFICE VISIT!! I have been on the phone for over two weeks trying to get this resolved and after talking to management at the OLOL, I was informed that all Dr. Office visits are now separately charged an ER Visit even though the patient never stepped foot in the OLOL Hospital or ER! You may want to find a Dr. that does not see patients at the OLOL Physician group or you will find yourself paying a lot of money for a simple office visit. You have been warned."

"The wound clinic has the WORST COMMUNICATION with patients they don't answer phone and let it go to voice mail , whoever is the answering service or reception that answer calls / voice mail NEED TO BE FIRED"
