"We booked this room online. We always book with IHG. We booked a king suite. I got worried when we first walked in the hotel. It smelled of cheap air freshener, which always makes me think that it is not clean, and it was not clean. Although the bed and bedding was nice, the room was dusty. The bathroom floor was sticky and the sink was not clean. The shower barely worked and my husband had to fix the toilet so that the tank would fill. When we went to check out in the morning, we could not find an employee, so we checked out in the app."

"We have stayed at this hotel at least four dozen times over the last 5 years. It has always been wonderful. The suites are beautiful and clean, and the staff is excellent. This is the only hotel that we use in the Baton Rouge area."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here and had bed bugs! when i first informed the person at the desk, he was offended that we said we saw bed bugs. he proceeded to change the sheets i our room & i woke up the next morning with bites up and down my arms, face, and back. when i informed the person at the desk, he had an attitude and refused to compensate me. DO NOT BOOK!!!"
"This place was horrible. it kept getting worse as the night went on. The staff, Jaden act like he couldn’t do anything accommodate us . This hotel ruined our road trip. Not clean at all . Room service is ever 7 days . There was pee around the toliet & men enhance pill packages as well as sunflower seeds . Room number 400 the door doesnt close as well as many other rooms . 0 stars"
