"I have my account with Neighbors for some time. When my daughter had a sever car accident (and almost died) they pushed and pushed for car payments. This was being controlled by Gordon McKernan. When the final payment came in to pay the car off, they were very lackadaisical about it. Meanwhile, they sent negative responses to credit bureaus and tore us down even further. Do we like this credit union? No, they failed to "step up" when we needed them most."
