"Poor response times on transactions, ATM's down 50% of the time on weekends, transactional charges on using any ATM but their own on top of the ATM's own charge. Got a direct withdrawal set up with an institution to pay a bill? Better not let it overdraft, you're looking at a $108 charge for that. Deposit a check from an accredited institution? That won't be in your account for a couple days. Overall, a fine example of an American banking institution. P.S. You guys really suck. Save your automated outreach message. I doubt I would even get a response based upon my experiences trying to contact the bank by phone."

My mother and daughter both bank with Regions and my husband and I have two accounts, a safety deposit box, and a savings account all with Regions. I have always been happy with them. Receiving help from someone in person is always easy, as it is by email as well. I honestly haven't a complaint about Regions that I can recall.
