"Placed online order for 2 shakes. Going inside to pick up my order I was ignored for about 10 minutes. When I was addressed I was not sure if they received my order or what was going on. Finally I was told shake machine was being cleaned and wound be few minutes. Waited a about 30 minutes maybe more on 2 shakes. Worst service ever."
"This store was not busy when I got there until the time I left. No onion rings. The other couple that ordered food before me and my husband were still waiting on their food when we left. We were there about 30 minutes."
"I showed up at 5:30 AM in desperate need of a relatively large order for some workers at the hospital. I didn’t get a bad look at all. They were all so helpful, polite, quick, and kind. They were all so nice that I felt like I had to get their names. They were Twanna, Jericka, and Mr. Ced. I was so grateful they helped me out! Thank you all so much!!!!"
"Placed my order, spend fifteen minutes in line. Get to the window, they try to give me someone else’s food and proceed to shout at each other saying I never ordered this. I pull forward and wait another fifteen minutes for this ‘honey bbq chicken strip sandwich’. Feels like I somehow got the ‘make it yourself’ variety. In that much time I could’ve let another restaurant get the order wrong and actually give me a sandwich."
"I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich Combo plain and dry with Two Slices of cheese on the side and a side of ranch. While the staff were very nice, the wait went from the "usual" wait time to an additional 15 minutes because they were waiting on my Spicy Chicken. My food was brought out and missing one slice of cheese so she went back to get the other so that was nice. When I got to my Hotel Room, the chicken was burnt to a crisp...oh and no napkins!!! Overall, I can't give more than 3 stars."
