"Y'all, need to do better... 45 minutes for an oil change on a Saturday?? You have 2 techs 2 empty bays except for the one my car was occupying. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked the guy how much longer he said he'll go see about it. Comes back 5 minutes later to tell me the whole process of what needs to be done. I stopped him and said I know what needs to be done, but damn 45 mins????? 15 -20 minutes max!!! I didn't have time to do it myself that's why I'm here. Looking back at it I should of did it myself!!! Not to mention I had to get the service writer to redo my information because he keyed it wrong. Never again..."
"I would avoid at all cost. I went in for a plug to fix an air leak in one of my tires. They damaged the wheel when removing and reinstalling the tire. The supervisor stated "This is the third time it happened today." I had them document that my wheel was damaged. And no... they didn't offer to pay for damages on my brand new 2022 f-150. They scared the wheel all the way around. See photos."
