The clerk looked at my old stock battery and said we don’t sell that brand. They couldn’t figure out how to convert the battery size from the type I had to the ones they sold. After I looked up the battery I needed online myself, I showed her what I needed. She enters the parts number and said they didn’t have it nor did she know how to order it. Clerk then just walked away. The time before this I was getting brakes for a vehicle. When I opted for the cheaper set, the clerk tried to pressure me into the most expensive set, claiming he wouldn’t trust his life with the lower prices set. They have lost my business forever and anyone who asks me will get a referral to another business."
