"I recently visited this location and faced challenges during my dog’s scheduled 9:45 am appointment. Despite arriving on time, check-in was delayed due to computer issues and unrelated tasks. We were then told of a wait as the vet performed surgery. Given my time constraints due to upcoming spinal surgery and the hour-long drive from Springfield, I emphasized the need for a prompt update. Unfortunately, at noon, when I checked, Blossom was not ready, and I received no call post-visit. Upon picking her up at 2 pm, I encountered rudeness. The lack of prior communication about the vet’s concurrent surgeries during our appointment was disappointing and resulted in a four-hour wait, worsening my back issues. Go Anywhere Else."
"We had to euthanize our pup, and they were absolutely wonderful!! My daughter was with me, and they explained everything TO HER so she would understand the process!! And to add...it was affordable, and we got our baby back in the most beautiful box to cherish forever!!!"
