"I reserved a room on priceline 10 minutes before checking in, while checking in I was told the elevator was broken and there were no rooms on the 1st floor. I just broke 2 vertebrae skydiving, so I can't lift more than 10lbs and climbing stairs is excruciating. I asked the desk manager to give me a refund and I'd go across the street, he refused, so I had to climb stairs and had to leave tens of thousands of dollars of gear in the car. I can understand if I wanted to cancel for no reason, but their elevator was broken and they caused me a tremendous amount of pain."

"We had a nice stay while in town for Marti Gras... We love this location as it is just outside New Orleans and yet relatively close to the parades and activities in town... Leslie always prepares a nice hot breakfast and is attentive to the guests having breakfast... A great place and a great experience... we will definitely be back again when visiting NOLA..."

"Nice hotel and great staff. Convenience and safe location, close to I-10 fwy. Checked in was fast and easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It's quiet too. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine are included. We didn't try the breakfast because we had to leave early. Would definitely stay here again."
