"I wouldn't reccommend ANYONE, unless you're an animal to live here. They treat they're residents like animals and the livelihood of the apts suck. The manager , Hatchett has a nasty attitude."
"The apt manager Ms. Hatchett is rude and NEVER in her office. There is no way you are always at lunch and for over 2 hours sometimes. I've worked as an apt manager and I know the game. I've even tried to report this at the main office and they never seem to be in office either. UL COLMAN needs better management. I wouldn't commend anyone living over here. Disgusting"
"The management is terrible. I'm about to buy out of my least because of it. I don't recommend no one move over here unless you enjoy harassment, bug problems (even though I live upstairs), and poor protection on property. Something is always broken or there is always a problem. The manager is rarely in the office. And she can be very combative when talking to her trying to get an understanding on something. I've called and came to the office on multiple occasions {and have proof} and she's out of office. Not on property or at lunch. It's kind of annoying paying rent for this amount and there are better apts for cheap. I will be gone by august."
"I lived here some years ago. It was my first apartment and I loved it. Everyone was nice as it was peaceful. Property manager, Janice, is still there today."
