"I think their overall 4 star rating is fitting. I stayed here as a stop from Atlanta driving to Ft. Worth, TX. Easy location to find. Lots of restaurants close. Far enough away from I-20 that noise was not an issue. The staff was friendly to me. The breakfast was adequate. The only issue was the room. Overall the room was fine. However, there were burn marks and torn carpet. The sleeper sofa had numerous tears. All that said, I would come back."
"I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights, paying a total of $230. My experience was disappointing. The atmosphere upon entering was lackluster, making the place feel deserted. In my room, I observed a broken door hinge and a non-functional top lock, compromising security. Additionally, the exposed walls revealed sheet rock. I won't return until these issues are addressed. The TV mount is also broken so it was very annoying and frustrating to watch TV."
"Great location, and good breakfast. A few dings and dens, air conditioner doesn't work well. Overall, it's a clean, spacious hotel."
