"This company is a joke. Rude and not customer service oriented at all. I booked a tour for my kids and I, called to confirm (proof on my phone), got an email receipt. We woke up early, got ready and NOTHING. They never booked us. They’re a 3rd party that books people on other company tours. They said we slipped through the crack. Then tried to blame me and insinuate that I didn’t confirm my reservation. Then they claimed to have sent my refund, but nothing has come. Filing a claim with my bank. DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!!! Imagine a bus of people turning around to drop you back off because the tour company made a mistake! Last day here and they ruined the experience for us."

"I booked the plantation tour 2 days ago and called to confirm yesterday to make sure they've got my order and we would be picked on time. We waited in front of the hotel in the morning but no one came. We placed at least 6 calls to them between 8:30 to 9:30am but no one picked up the phone. What a shame! I can't believe this is happening. We couldn't book any other tour because it is a Saturday and all the tours have been fully booked. What's worse is all the plantations are closed on Sundays. In the afternoon I called them again and the guy who answered my phone told me to hold so he could "check" the situation and get back to me. 30 minuets later I got a text saying that they were sorry about the "mix up" and they just refunded the deposit...not even a phone call to show they're sorry. This is by far my worst experience in NOLA."

"Took our city tour Sunday at 9am in July & it was perfect! Weather wasn't to bad, very light traffic & our guide Andy was amazing. He was very informative & knew a lot of the locals which seemed to give us extra information about the city. We asked him to drop us off at the Fleamarket he showed us & he didn't even hesitate. Ended up everyone got offrom there. Our tour guide even called when he was on his way."

"We did the city and swamp tour because you save the $5 - I actually liked the swamp tour more than the city tour which surprised me because i didnt expect that. however both tours were great - we got picked up at the hotel promptly and our guides had lots of information."

"We were here a couple months ago and the weather was HOT! we decided to take a tour instead of walking around in the heat. this tour was air conditioned, and we got to see much more than we would have been able to just by walking around. we were in many different areas of town and out guide was amazing. after the tour we asked to get dropped off at one on of the restaurants he pointed out to us on the tour and he was kind enough to do so."
