"Don't stop, keep going. Lapalco& Bell Chase hwy have better service. Terry Pkwy location is far by the worst location for service I have ever encountered."
"We don't bother going anymore even though it's close to our house. The service is so slow no matter what time of the day it is. The drive through is always a 20 to 30 min wait. My time is valuable and I don't need to waste it in a McDonald's parking lot. Get new management there.. this has been this way for a long time. My money goes to the other places that seem to know how to serve their customers in a quick and efficient way."
"Could not place and an order for my family at the register and was directed to kiosk. No one else in restaurant. At kiosk, could not order a "meal" due to sandwhich I had selected. Went back to register and was told I had to order items separately. Was treated rudely throughout process. Left without purchasing. Poor customer service."
"Based on my very last visit last night, the server was very kind. However I've been there 3 times this week (yes three times, i have a child on the spectrum who only eats nuggets and fries) with no one in line but they seem to take the car that pulls up after me a few times vs alternating the drive thru line. Other than that, food was fresh."
