"Unfortunately after telling the lady on the loud speaker that I have allergies and would need a special order When I received my receipt it was written on it. But when I received my order, it seemed like they intentionally added all of the things I said I couldn't have. Please do better next time"
"Arrived at 10:20am for breakfast. I waited at the register for about 10 minutes before the manager decided to call over another lazy worker to take my order. The worker proceeds to just stand there and look at me, no greeting or anything. I order a simple biscuit and only after that I am informed they are out of biscuits. I also walked in with hopes of ordering an apple fritter, but I quickly noticed they did not look that fresh and the time stamp marked they had been sitting on the display since yesterday."
"Overcharged me for extra items. Food was room temperature / asked for warm cookies for rock hard cold ones & drinks was watered down. The manager herself told Me she wasn’t changing the machines right now. I persisted to wait being I already was overcharged , paid & drive here for the Hi- C. Not 1 NAPKIN. UPDATE Came back a second time - got a double bacon burger WITH NOTHING ON IT WRONG. Made me pull up & WAIT for another burger & brought out another wrong burger. How? It literally has nothing on it. I KID YOU NOT on my life, they made a third burger. WRONG! again. Fully condimented. Asked for refund for atleast burger & was told they didn’t have any manager on duty to provide me one. What the hell?"
