She helps you to set priotities and goals for making the changes in your own life that will help keep pain and injury from recurring and then then fulfills her part of the deal and works her magic. Next session, she will hold you accountable by following up on those agreements and actions in a non-judgmental and practical way - understanding the balance between "the perfect world" and the "practical world" - which is an important balance to strike for anyone who has a high achievement drive.
